RETURN & REFUND  POLICY 

If you need to return a product to us, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to do so. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.

Shoes must not have been worn outside. After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.

For debit/credit card payments it may take up to 7 days for a refund to show up on your debit/credit card statement.


Goods can be returned by post or by person in-store. Please provide all the original packaging, the receipt and delivery note.

For items returned by post, it is recommended to send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods – the parcel is your responsibility until it is received by us.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact us at shop@purerunning.co.uk
