Saved By Steigen!

I was extremely excited for my hiking trip across Albania, Kosovo and Montenegro in the summer. That was until the first day in the wilderness. I realised I had only brought one pair of socks for the entire 10 days of walking and was expecting a blister filled and uncomfortable journey.

However, that one pair happened to be my faithful Steigen socks. 10 days, no blisters and extreme comfort (albeit a bit smelly). The same can't be said for my friend's feet, who looked as though he had contracted trench foot by the end.

From there on Steigen have been my go to, for both walking and running. If they can do 10 days on the trot, they can do me for just about anything!
